About Designer

​

Alston Shek is a graphic designer, he currently lives and works in both Taiwan and the United States. Shek received his BFA of Visual Communication Design in Hsuan Chuang University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. As an undergraduate student, Shek once participated on behalf of the school for the Airwaves chewing gum package design contest in Taiwan, the package works are popular with reviewers, he achieved the 3rd place. the eve of graduation, Shek was in charge of creating branding for the college in YODEX (Young Designers' Exhibition). As a graduate from college, he worked as a fashion designer of the apparel brand in Taiwan, and planning of the series apparel, he also was a fashion photographer of the apparel brand, In the same year, involving Shanghai Fashion Week Exhibition (Home Love) in China. He founded the Eyes Dot Design Studio in order to combine his practice and experience. Shek’s career concentrates on branding, graphic design, fashion design, and visual arts. Shek was in charge of creating graphic design for the Master’s thesis Exhibition (Eye in the Sky) in MICA's. Now, he simultaneously is also the graphic design supervisor for a wedding company (Ever After Studio) in San Francisco.
